Pricing

Access Law is a low-bono law firm and a non-profit organization committed to charging affordable fees for those who do not qualify for free legal services but cannot afford market rates. As such, the fees we charge are below the market rate for Chicago land area.

We will offer free initial consultations or will charge a set fee of $99 for initial consultations in some case. At the initial consultation, clients may receive preliminary legal advice. If Access Law accepts a case for further representation, we charge either a low flat fee or a below the market hourly as low as rate of $99.00 per hour. We will always provide an estimate of costs at the beginning of all cases to help clients budget for how much representation will cost.
